The buildings can be hired for weddings, exhibitions, conferences, parties and other events. The buildings are a beautiful and atmospheric location.
The available spaces are a stunning long gallery, the lower hall (underneath the long gallery), two large checkers and the river side garden.

You can also hire the Unicorn Theatre, a 89 seat theatre, which is wonderful for music, drama and for lectures and conference events. The theatre has a very good acoustic for both amplified and non-amplified music. It is wonderful for string quartets, small chamber orchestras, folk performances and even full rock bands. The theatre has also been used to stage Handel operas.
 The buildings are a favourite venue for wedding parties. The venue gets booked up well in advance so it is a good idea to book your event as early as possible.

Refreshments can be served in any of the spaces except the theatre. The long gallery has a sink, storage and a fridge, if required. There is no kitchen in the buildings but catering can be arranged.
